Special Events

SUA's Special Events Committee focuses on alumni relations, athletic and spirit activities, open houses, and serves as SUA's programming arm with traditional campus programs. Events include, but are not limited to, Parents Weekend and Homecoming activities, spirit-related activities, SUA alumni events and open houses.

Spring events include a Spirit Bus to OSU for a Men's Basketball Game, comedian Greg Giraldo, and more events to be announced! Check SUA out often for upcoming Special Events, and be sure to have your tickets early!

Hip-Hop Juggernaut COMMON to perform at the Lied Center on Wednesday, April 23!

Lyrical Hip-Hop artist COMMON will be performing at the Lied Center on Wednesday, April 23rd at 7:30pm! BE SURE TO GET YOUR TICKET EARLY FOR THE SHOW OF THE YEAR!

Tickets for this show are available at the Union Programs Box Office in the Union, or at the Lied Center Box Office. Tickets go on sale as follows:

FRIDAY, APRIL 4:
SUA Preferred Student Card Holders - $5
(SUA Preferred Student tickets MUST be purchased in the Union).

MONDAY, APRIL 7:
KU Students - $10-$15

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 9:
General Public - $20-$30
