Are you the Biggest Jayhawk Fan?! Prove it!

Submit a video under 3 minutes long proving why you are the biggest Jayhawk fan and have a chance to win tickets to the Big XII Championship.

DEADLINE EXTENDED: Videos now due Feb 2 to the SUA Box Office, Kansas Union Level 4 by 5PM.

The top 4 videos will be played before home basketball games starting Feb 6 and you will be able to vote for your favorite videos online.

March 3 at the KU v Kansas State game we will announce the winners!

KU Biggest Fan Contest Guidelines

1. Your video must show why you are KU’s Biggest Fan

2. Video length: Must be no longer than 3 minutes.

3. Video format: Must be submitted in .MOV, .MPG, or .MP4, and the recommended resolution is 1280 x 720 (16x9 HD) or 640 x 480 (4:3 SD)

4. Submitted movie file must fit on a standard CD (approx. 700MB)

5. Copyright guidelines and requirements:

- Unless you compose your own music, only the audio tracks located at the following link are acceptable for us http://communicators.ku.edu/resources/audio.shtml

- DO NOT use any music, video, images or other media content that is not your own without clear consent from the owner of the content in your submissions. Submissions that include tracks of popular music, scenes from movies, TV shows or similar material WILL NOT be accepted.

- If you have any questions regarding the use of copyrighted materials, please contact the SUA office: 785-864-7469

6. NO explicit content (images, language, gestures, etc.)

- Failure to abide by this guideline will result in disqualification

- Student Union Activities reserve the right to determine appropriateness of all submissions as well as the right to disqualify any submission throughout the competition.

7. The Spirit Committee of SUA will determine the top four videos which will then move on to the voting round

8. Voting guidelines: Voting will take place on the SUA website as well as through the KU Athletics texting system

9. Entries are due by 5pm to the SUA office on the fourth floor of the union by February 2, 2010.
